Terms And Conditions

  1. A photo ID is required to be shown at the time of the experience.
  2. If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must also consent to their participation.  
  3. No one under the age of 10 is permitted without an accompanying adult on board which adult must be seated next to them at all times. No one under the age of 2 is permitted regardless.
  4. All participants must wear closed shoes. Flip flops or loose shoes that are not secured to feet will cancel the right of a customer to participate in the experience with no refund issuing. 
  5. All handbags, back packs, hats, scarves, food, water bottles, beverages and the contents of pockets must be removed and remain at base prior to participation.  A locker with lock is available for use to store such items at the hangar.  
  6. Phones are permitted on board only if secured with a lanyard which will be provided.
  7. Each participant must occupy their assigned individual seat with the seat restraint secured at all times [absolutely no exceptions].
  8. No item at all may be thrown or dropped from the aircraft.  Violation of this will result in the helicopter immediately landing or returning to base and the participant and/or their guardian being fined $10,000. 
  9. Savage Aviation and/or its Pilot reserves the right, with no refund being given to the participant, to refuse entry into the aircraft to anyone appearing intoxicated or trying to bring alcohol onboard.   
  10. Due to the experience being scheduled to coincide with the varying times of sunrise and sunset, participants are required to ensure their arrival is within sufficient time to participate in the required pre-flight information session.   Late arrivals will result in forfeiture of the reservation with no refund. 
  11. Unforeseen weather conditions or FAA air traffic control restrictions may cause flight routes to vary from that which was advertised. No refunds will issue unless the aircraft is unable to be airborne. 
  12. The aircraft provides disability access for participant provided wheelchairs, with certain situations requiring a paying accompanying participant to be seated next to them to assist in the event of an emergency.   
  13. Participant affirms they understand the risks involved and are voluntarily participating in the experience and have no medical, physical or personal condition incompatible with their participation.
  14. In consideration of Participant being permitted to engage in the experience, Participant on their and their respective family members behalf, fully releases Savage Aviation, its officers, Pilot, employees, affiliates and assigns from any claim, demand, including for compensation or exemplary damages, suit or action by reason of any matter arising from purchasing and/or participating in an experience, including but not limited to a claim for accident, injury, death, property damage, cancellation or change to any travel plans.
